Apricot Spritz
Ingredients
- 3 oz Sweet Apricot Mead
- 1 oz Aperol
- Splash of soda water
Directions
Build over ice in a wine glass. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
Apricot Mule
Ingredients
- 3 oz Sweet Apricot Mead
- 1 oz vodka ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Splash of soda water
Directions
Fill a mule mug with ice. Add mead, vodka, and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
Apricot Whiskey Smash
Ingredients
- 3 oz Sweet Apricot Mead
- 1½ oz bourbon
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2–3 mint leaves
Directions
Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with mint.
Honey Apricot Sour
Ingredients
- 3 oz Sweet Apricot Mead
- 1½ oz bourbon
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- Egg white (optional)
Directions
Dry shake (if using egg white), then shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an apricot slice or lemon twist.
Apricot Bellini
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sweet Apricot Mead
- 3 oz Prosecco
Directions
Pour chilled mead into a flute and top with Prosecco.
Apricot Lemonade

- 2 oz fresh lemonade
Directions
Serve over ice with a lemon wheel.
