Hi! I’m Lori, and I started White Shed Meadery with a simple goal: to create approachable, fruit-forward honey wine that brings people together. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a woman-owned meadery focused on small-batch quality, local ingredients, and giving back to the community.
After years working in education, teaching business and marketing gave me a passion for creativity, connection, and community. Those values continue to shape every part of White Shed Meadery.
Growing up in Brazil gave me an appreciation for vibrant flavors and meaningful gatherings, which sometimes inspire our meads and naming ideas.
Handcrafted in Lewis County and based in Chehalis, we create mead inspired by celebrations, slow evenings, backyard gatherings, and everyday moments worth sharing.
